Underwriting & Modeling Experience
This portfolio presents three commercial real estate underwriting models that demonstrate my technical and analytical development in CRE finance. One model was built independently in Excel, including full cash flow construction, operating assumptions, and return analysis. Two additional models were completed using Argus Enterprise in combination with Excel to underwrite investment opportunities.
Through these models, I focused on developing a strong foundation in rent rolls, expense forecasting, development and operating assumptions, return metrics, and scenario testing. My focus is not only to produce well-structured models, but to understand the drivers of value, risk, and performance within each deal.
I am currently pursuing internship opportunities in commercial real estate acquisitions or investment roles where I can work alongside industry professionals, gain hands-on deal exposure, deepen my understanding of investment strategies, and continue advancing my modeling capabilities.
